THE CAMPGROUND

Lake Carmi State Park features one of Vermont’s largest campgrounds, offering a wide variety of site types across a beautifully wooded landscape. Whether you prefer tent camping, RV hookups, or a rustic cabin, this park has you covered.

Campground features include:

  • Over 140 campsites (tent/RV)
  • 35 lean-to shelters
  • 2 cozy rental cabins
  • Flush toilets, hot showers, and a dump station
  • Group camping areas
  • Fire rings and picnic tables at every site
  • Camp store with firewood, ice, and basic supplies
  • Pet-friendly areas (designated pet sites)

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES & ACTIVITIES

The star of the park is Lake Carmi, Vermont’s fourth-largest natural lake. It’s ideal for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and especially swimming — with a large sandy beach and designated swimming areas.
