HOURS OF OPERATION

Dowdy Lake Campground is open seasonally, typically from late spring through early fall, with the peak season falling during summer months. The campground offers both tent camping and RV sites, and backcountry sites are available for those seeking a more remote wilderness experience. The campground is a popular destination, so reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak summer weekends.

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Visitor Center Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
